Pingy is a single platform for everyday services: one account, one escrow-protected payment, shared insurance and one standard of quality. Products are added industry by industry: the first is Pingy Clean (cleaning and home help), with food, finance and more to follow. They all live in one app.
Can I pay in cash?
No — by design. All payments go through the app: that's how every order stays escrow-protected, insured and backed by a receipt. Masters do not accept cash.
How do you verify masters?
Every master confirms their identity with a passport and their self-employed status against state registries (my.gov / soliq), after which a Pingy operator approves the application manually. There's also a two-way rating: masters with low scores are disconnected from orders automatically.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Don't accept the work and open a dispute in the app — the payment won't reach the master until it's resolved. We'll sort it out: re-clean, replace the master or refund you.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Cancellation is free until a master is assigned. If a master is already assigned and there are less than 3 hours to go, a small cancellation fee may apply — that's fair to the master who set the time aside.
How does the insurance work?
Every confirmed order automatically gets a Pingy Protect policy with cover up to 5,000,000 UZS. If something goes wrong, file a claim right from the app.
Which cities does Pingy work in?

We're an intermediary: we connect you with independent verified masters and take a commission on each order. Most of the amount goes to the master.
